Lev Ins AD Insurance Company was created in 1996,  and was one of the first insurance companies in Bulgaria, financed solely through private capital. Lev Ins AD Insurance Company offers a full range of products and services in the realm of general insurance. The company is in the forefront of innovators in insurance sector, which sets development precedents and creates a corporate culture targeted at improving service quality and offering customized insurance solutions.


Implementation of a comprehensive solution for:

  • Sales Management Cycle for auto insurance sector
  • Contact center and customer services


During the course of project implementation the following tasks were accomplished:

  • Development of a conceptual project for introducing and integrating Siebel Sales & Services (Oracle)
  • Implementation of functionality of Siebel Sales for Insurance, which allowed the system to run a full sales cycle, starting with accounting potential clients, their attributes, and finishing with offer generation (quotas).
  • Integration with Lev Ins Insurance information system (in regards to the synchronization of contacts, addresses, companies, policies and quotas).
  • Implementation of functionality of Siebel Service, integration of the system with a customer contact center.
  • Training users, testing and system start-up



As a result of this project, Lev Ins received a comprehensive system allowing them to:

  • Accelerate the sales cycle
  • Cut administrative costs and enforce the control over sales processes
  • Create a common database of customers and customer history
  • Process customer service needs more efficiently and provide higher quality services
