Lev Ins AD Insurance Company was created in 1996, and was one of the first insurance companies in Bulgaria, financed solely through private capital. OBJECTIVES:
Implementation of a comprehensive solution for:
- Sales Management Cycle for auto insurance sector
- Contact center and customer services
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
During the course of project implementation the following tasks were accomplished:
- Development of a conceptual project for introducing and integrating Siebel Sales & Services (Oracle)
- Implementation of functionality of Siebel Sales for Insurance, which allowed the system to run a full sales cycle, starting with accounting potential clients, their attributes, and finishing with offer generation (quotas).
- Integration with Lev Ins Insurance information system (in regards to the synchronization of contacts, addresses, companies, policies and quotas).
- Implementation of functionality of Siebel Service, integration of the system with a customer contact center.
- Training users, testing and system start-up
PROJECT RESULTS:
As a result of this project, Lev Ins received a comprehensive system allowing them to:
- Accelerate the sales cycle
- Cut administrative costs and enforce the control over sales processes
- Create a common database of customers and customer history
- Process customer service needs more efficiently and provide higher quality services
